Hien Nguyen

Nguyen Dang Xuan Hien is a Research Assistant in Environment and Climate Analysis at Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Hien’s research focuses on understanding the impacts of climate change and geoengineering approaches, particularly Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI), on hydro-climatic extremes in Vietnam. Using climate model simulations (e.g., CMIP6/GeoMIP), geospatial analysis, and statistical methods, her work investigates changes in extreme temperature and precipitation under different climate scenarios. Her research aims to improve understanding of climate variability and support decision-making in environmental management and climate adaptation.
