Ineida De Carvalho

Ineida De Carvalho is a Lecturer in Geography at the University of Cape Verde. She holds a Master’s degree in Geography from the Federal University of Pernambuco and a PhD in Geography and Landscape Studies from the University of Minho. Her expertise includes soil conservation, soil erosion, land degradation, and post-wildfire environmental management, with a particular focus on Santiago Island, Cape Verde. She also works on environmental impacts, geomorphological hazards, forest fires, and geotourism.
