Dr. Le is a Lead Research Scientist at Science Systems and Applications, Inc., supporting the Hydrological Sciences Laboratory at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, with an emphasis on satellite soil moisture applications. Dr. Le is interested in leveraging NASA satellite and model data for societal benefit, particularly in data-limited and food-insecure regions. He develops soil moisture-based tools to forecast vegetation health for decision support systems. He also serves as a Core Team member of the U.S. National Coordinated Soil Moisture Monitoring Network, a community-driven initiative aimed at improving the use of soil moisture data in downstream applications.
