Anna Baldwin

Anna Baldwin leads the design and delivery of Degrees’ international grants programmes, supporting research on solar radiation modification with a strong focus on building the capacity of developing countries to evaluate SRM.

She oversees the full grant lifecycle – from programme design and funding strategy through to review processes, award decisions, and governance – working closely with global partners, researchers, and advisory bodies.

Her work focuses on ensuring that funding is deployed strategically, transparently, and with meaningful impact, helping to shape a more inclusive and globally representative evidence base on SRM.
Anna has a background in international programme management and research funding, with experience designing and delivering complex, multi-country initiatives.
